I started my weight loss journey in October 2011, I was turning 25 in November and knew it was time to make some lifestyle changes. I was at my heaviest weight of 158 pounds, I was unhealthy, not happy, and had low self confidence. It was time for a change.
After months of training everyday of the week, I made it a long term goal of mine to compete. Around June I had hit a plateau and started losing motivation that’s when I reached out to Chelcea for show prep guidance. We started right away with new diets, workouts, and posing sessions. When I was having bad days and wanted to give up she was there. I can’t thank Chelcea enough for helping me change my life, she taught me to believe in myself, helped me rebuild myself confidence, and gave me the continuous support and motivation I needed to step on stage for the first time. We are back to the drawing board to prepare for the next show.
